SFU will kick off the 2019/20 BCIHL season at home against the Vancouver Island University Mariners on Friday, October 11th. The puck drops at 7:00pm at the Bill Copeland Sports Centre in Burnaby.

The new-look SFU squad will unveil new jerseys as well as new lineup of merchandise as they kick off a campaign with the goal of earning a fourth BCIHL championship.

Friday’s game will honor the PIJHL’s North Vancouver Wolfpack as the feature junior team. SFU freshman and former Wolfpack captain Justin Lee made his mark in SFU’s pre-season win over defending champs TWU, setting up Jordan Dawson for a tap in goal with a beautiful feed on a 2-on-1.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children, seniors and students. SFU students get free entry with a valid student ID, and minor hockey players get free entry with their team jersey. Fans can purchase tickets at the door or online by clicking here.
