LANGLEY, BC — The SFU Men’s Hockey Team heads into tonight’s game against Trinity Western hot on a four-game winning streak.
They will, however, be without some fire power. Forwards Brandon Tidy and Jaret Babych will not play tonight due to injury.
“We’ll have to balance out our lines, and make sure we have four even lines going in,” said head coach Mark Coletta. “On the bright side, certain guys are going to get opportunities.”
Tidy and Babych will be re-evaluated ahead of Saturday’s game.
Defenceman Dustin Cave and forward Cam Bertsch will not play.
Lyndon Stanwood gets the start in net. In his last two games, he made 60 saves on 62 shots (.968 SV%), allowing only one goal in both contests.
Puck drop is at 7 pm tonight at the Langley Events Centre. It will be streamed live on HockeyTV. Follow @SFUHockey on Twitter for live updates.
